I hold over 10 years of experience providing mental health counseling, advocacy, and systems navigation with individuals experiencing mental illness, houselessness, interpersonal violence, coping through substances, and affected by systems of oppression. 

I am a Multiracial East Asian person with ethnic identities of being Okinawan, Japanese, Irish, and German. I grew up in California. I enjoy being outside, spending time in community, listening to podcasts, and staying up on trash reality tv, pop culture, and current news.
